How long should each plunge be? +

Can I do the reset without a cold plunge tub? +
Yes. Cold showers are a valid starting point and deliver real benefits. We recommend ending your shower with 2–3 minutes of cold water. That said, a dedicated cold plunge tub creates a deeper, more consistent, and more ritualistic experience — which is why we built one worth being proud of.
