Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the NURŌ application, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NURŌ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

NURŌ provides a wellness lifestyle application offering training programs, nutrition guidance, breathwork protocols, journaling prompts, affirmation content, and cold therapy education (the "Service"). The Service is designed for general wellness and lifestyle purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

Subscriptions & Payments

NURŌ may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the relevant app store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' terms and refund policies.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Before beginning any new exercise program, nutrition plan, cold therapy practice, or wellness regimen, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

Cold water immersion, intense exercise, and dietary changes carry inherent risks. By using the Service, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your participation.

NURŌ makes no representations or warranties that the Service will produce any specific physical, mental, or health outcomes. Individual results vary.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Service — including but not limited to training programs, meal plans, written content, branding, logos, graphics, affirmation content, app design, and the "Golden Reset" program — is the exclusive intellectual property of NURŌ and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

NURŌ™ and Golden Reset™ are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content, programs, or materials from the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written authorisation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate NURŌ or any of its representatives
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NURŌ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NURŌ in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.
